These terms cover using this website and buying from Yarrows. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping & Returns policy is part of these terms, and our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Products and photos

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Some are handmade or made from natural materials, so each piece can differ a little from its photos, and colors can look different from screen to screen. Sizes are approximate.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Products are available while supplies last. If a product is listed at the wrong price, or turns out to be unavailable after you order, we may cancel it from your order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you’re offering to buy the items in it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can’t fulfill it, and if we do, we’ll refund anything you paid. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

All sales are final, except for items that arrive damaged or aren’t what you ordered. How we ship, and how cancellations and refunds work, are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Coupons

Coupons have no cash value, only one can be used per order, and each comes with its own conditions, such as a minimum order or an end date. We may cancel a coupon that’s being misused.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself: you’re responsible for what’s done with your account. We may close an account that’s used to misuse the shop.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in place when you placed it.
